Grilled Chicken Club

Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich

A classic club sandwich made better with Papa Jacks marinade. Tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and melty cheese stacked high on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade (or Steak & Chop for bolder flavor)

  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon

  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)

  • 4 slices sandwich bread (toasted)

  • 2 leaves romaine or butter lettuce

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • Butter for toasting bread

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken

    • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.

    • Pour Papa Jacks marinade over the chicken and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

  2. Grill the Chicken

    • Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.

    • Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    • Let rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.

  3. Cook the Bacon

    • While the chicken grills, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.

    • Drain on paper towels.

  4. Assemble the Sandwich

    • Toast bread lightly and butter if desired.

    • Spread mayo on each slice.

    • Layer in order: lettuce → tomato → grilled chicken slices → cheese → bacon.

    • Top with the second slice of bread.

  5. Serve & Enjoy

    • Slice in half or quarters, secure with a toothpick, and serve warm with chips, fries, or a salad.
