Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich
A classic club sandwich made better with Papa Jacks marinade. Tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and melty cheese stacked high on toasted bread.
Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade (or Steak & Chop for bolder flavor)

6 slices thick-cut bacon

4 slices cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)

4 slices sandwich bread (toasted)

2 leaves romaine or butter lettuce
-
2 slices tomato
-
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Butter for toasting bread

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.

Pour Papa Jacks marinade over the chicken and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.

Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.

Cook the Bacon

While the chicken grills, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.

Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sandwich

Toast bread lightly and butter if desired.

Spread mayo on each slice.

Layer in order: lettuce → tomato → grilled chicken slices → cheese → bacon.

Top with the second slice of bread.

Slice in half or quarters, secure with a toothpick, and serve warm with chips, fries, or a salad.
