Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade
Directions
- For the lemon-butter sauce, in a small sauce pan, melt butter, whisk in lemon juice, and set aside.
- Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Apply Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade and distribute evenly with a pastry brush.
- Preheat grill for medium heat.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle lemon-butter over salmon and serve.
