Lemon Butter Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade

    Directions

    1. For the lemon-butter sauce, in a small sauce pan, melt butter, whisk in lemon juice, and set aside.
    2. Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
    3. Apply Papa Jacks Fin & Feather Marinade and distribute evenly with a pastry brush.
    4. Preheat grill for medium heat.
    5. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
    6. Drizzle lemon-butter over salmon and serve.
